We’ve successfully completed and or are currently delivering in excess of $75 Million in property projects in Western and Greater Sydney. Some of our flagship projects include recently completed towns-houses and high-rise apartment buildings in Wentworthville.

Som Bhatia
Group CEO
Managing Director of SMPR Investments Group and an Experienced Entrepreneur. He has a demonstrated history of working in property development in both commercial and residential properties for over 10 years along with broad business experience in managing and running businesses ranging from retail, information technology and the services industry for over 25 years.
Som has completed a B. Mechanical Engineering in 1990 and his M. Management degree at the UoW in 1992.
Tony Sauermann
General Manager & Civil Engineer
Tony Sauermann is a qualified civil engineer who has worked for some of the largest Consultancy Groups as well as Property Developers in Australia. Tony has over 35 years of experience in Design, Construction and Project Management of bridges, highways, multi-level buildings, subdivisions for residential, commercial & industrial developments, earthworks, roadworks, water and sewer reticulation.
Tony has worked on some of very large and complex infrastructure development and construction Projects. He has good knowledge about local and state Governments Planning policies and guidelines as well as working with various State and Local Authorities to obtain various approvals for works to be undertaken.
Guy Evans
Urban Planner
Guy is an Urban Planner with over 18 years experience in urban design and planning. Guy has extensive involvement in the design and approvals for high-value land development projects throughout New South Wales, Western Australia and Victoria, and managed state significant and local strategic planning projects.
With extensive experience in providing professional urban design and planning services to the land development industry from project visioning through to planning approvals, Guy has a comprehensive understanding of how to bring large urban growth projects to reality.
Ali Afshar
Builder
Ali Afshar is has extensive experience in building boutique homes, luxury appartments, and multi residential townhouses since 1994. During those years he has grown and has established himself as a specialist in the building industry within NSW.
He strives to continue to deliver the highest level of quality, research and anticipate current market trends and customer expectations to respond with innovative solutions.
